Medical biochemistry - a bridge between laboratory and clinical practice
The study program Pharmacy — Medical Biochemistry lasts five years (10 semesters) and is intended for students who want to understand biological processes in health and disease. The program combines knowledge in pharmacy, medicine and biochemistry, allowing students to master the principle of operation of modern laboratory diagnostics, analysis of blood, urine and other biological samples.
Students are trained to interpret biochemical findings and collaborate with physicians in the process of diagnosis and therapy of patients.
Internship starts from the second year
Students of the Pharmacy major already from the second year of study gain practical experience through working in 19 pharmacies with experienced mentors, multi-year masters of pharmacy who are part of the faculty system. This practice allows students to immediately apply theoretical knowledge, learn to communicate with patients and get acquainted with the daily work of pharmacists. In addition to pharmacies, practice is carried out in laboratories, hospital institutions and pharmaceutical companies, under the supervision of experienced mentors and experienced biochemists and cosmetologists, as well as specialists in pharmaceutical technology with many years of experience in practice.

Enrollment
Admission to the Faculty of Pharmacy includes first-year students entering the first year, as well as senior-year students renewing status or transferring from other colleges. Enrollment is carried out in the student service in accordance with the published schedule and deadlines.
